Since January of 2010, we have been reinventing our role in early childhood education.

At CMA, our vision is simple: when we look beyond ourselves, we find creative possibilities for communities to both value and more effectively support early childhood education.

We believe it is not our role to mold students into who we think they should be, but rather nurture the goodness, curiosity, confidence, competence, ingenuity, creativity, and love that already exists within each child. Our vision is an early childhood education based upon authentic relationships where the teacher learns alongside of the child. We envision a better society when children feel validated and respected.

Our Mission

Our mission is to increase the accessibility of positive, globally-inspired early childhood experiences within our community.

We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy of education. This philosophy views children as strong, capable, active learners who are worthy of respect.  We prioritize the importance of children being surrounded by adults who support their thinking and ideas. Our philosophy supports that children have infinite potential and we work to engage young children in thought-provoking, natural environments. We strive to be a leader in cultivating authentic relationships that will transform the foundation of the educational journey.

No significant learning can occur without a significant relationship.”
